After you have found an item that suits your taste and you have chosen the size, you can place the desired item in your shopping cart by clicking on 'add to cart' . You can then continue shopping or go directly to your shopping cart.

Is everything correct? Click on ' check out' to complete your order. You can then change your address. NB! The items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you.
How to proceed after the order?
Shortly after your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number. We also send an email when your shipment leaves our warehouse. In this email you will receive a tracking code so that you can track your package en route. NB! Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder. Always check this as well.

It may happen that a certain size or item is not in stock. This is of course very annoying and you would like to know when it will be back in stock.
You can always send us a message via the live chat about any subsequent delivery of a product.
Unfortunately, not all items and/or all sizes are restocked.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items for a specific time. Products on the website remain available to everyone, even if you have added them to the shopping cart. It can therefore happen that an item disappears from your shopping cart while shopping, because someone else has just purchased it at that moment. If you want to be sure of your purchase, we advise you to order the item immediately.
It may take a while before you receive the confirmation in your email. It may also be that it is blocked by your email's spam filter. So always check the spam box. Unfortunately, once you have placed an order you cannot cancel it. This can only be done via our customer service: info@brandfarmcompany.com Please note! However, this can only be done within 1 hour. After 1 hour from the time of purchase, the package has been processed and cannot be canceled.
Pay
At Tango Shoes you can pay via iDEAL internet banking or credit card. With iDEAL you can pay for your purchase online safely, easily and reliably.
It is also possible to pay with a credit card. Tango Shoes accepts VISA and Mastercard. These payments are carried out securely by payment provider Stripe / Shopify Payments.
Tango Shoes recently also accepts Bancontact (former Mister Cash). This is a Belgian payment method with which you can pay for your purchase online safely and reliably.
You can enter a discount code in the last step of the ordering process. Please note that each discount code has specific conditions that the order must meet before the discount will be applied to the order. These conditions are stated with the discount code.
Once the discount has been processed, the discount amount will be deducted from the total price. The discount amount is also shown separately.

Shipping & Delivery
For orders over €79, your order will be shipped free of charge (within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany). For orders under €79, we charge €4.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands, and €6.95 within Belgium & Germany.
The shipping costs for other countries:
France: €8.95
Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Denmark: €9.95
Your order will be delivered to your home by DHL or, if you are not at home, to a DHL Service Point. Once the shipment has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us with which you can track your package.

When your order is shipped from our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail with a DHL Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment.
If you have not received the confirmation email, it may be blocked by the spam filter of your email program. So always check the spam box. If you cannot find an answer, please contact our live chat. We are happy to help you.
The DHL delivery person delivers the order to the delivery address. If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. This can be done by means of a note in the letterbox, via the Track & Trace link or by email.
DHL will then let you know where your order is with one of the following 3 options:
1. They come back the next day
2. The order is with the neighbors
3. Or the order is at a collection point.
In the event that you have ordered one or more items, but have not received these items, it is best to contact our customer service via info@brandfarmcompany.com or the live chat, we will be happy to help you.
This is of course very annoying and not the intention. We try to prevent this with a quality check prior to shipment. Returns & Refunds
Tangoshoes.com attaches great importance to sustainability and pursues an active policy to prevent returns as much as possible. You as a customer can also contribute to this. Are you unsure which size you want to order? Check the size chart for the items. Then order 1 size of an item. If you want to order multiple pairs, no problem of course, but be aware of this. In this way we prevent returns together, which is better for people and the environment.
Tangoshoes.com has a cooling-off period of 30 days. You can return all items to us within 30 days of receipt, under certain conditions. A small compensation is requested for this, as we want to make you as a consumer aware of the increase in the number of orders that are returned, and the rising costs that result from this.
We at Tango Shoes strive for a sustainable world. We are also committed to reducing the number of returns. In addition, we will
will use part of the return costs received for CO2 compensation.
Every year Tango Shoes will donate an amount to the Treesforall foundation. This foundation plants trees in the Netherlands and abroad for a better climate.
CONDITIONS
Returns must meet a number of conditions:
- Returns must always be registered via the Tango Shoes returns portal .
- Items are unworn and undamaged.
- We recommend trying on the shoes on a soft surface, such as a rug or carpet. The product must be returned without any traces of use, in its original condition and packaging.
- Original tags and labels are still intact and attached to the items.
- When returning the items, always include the returns form. Without the returns form, the return may not be processed. Please contact customer service at info@brandfarmcomapny.com.
- We cannot accept returns of worn and/or damaged items.
- Check the shoes upon arrival and report any shortcomings within two days.
- For products purchased with a sale discount of 50-70%, minor consequences may be visible as a result of trying on and/or a previous return order. Unfortunately, despite the necessary efforts in return processing, such consequences cannot always be prevented. These products are therefore not eligible for any form of compensation or free right of return. It is of course possible to use the right of withdrawal, subject to the return conditions as described in this paragraph.
- Returns must be sent well packaged. Brandfarm BV / TangoShoes.com is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during the shipping process due to the negligence of the sender. Using the returns service does not affect this liability.
- Please note: return orders that do not meet our return conditions may be refused. In that case, the items will not be returned to the consumer at the expense of BrandFarm BV / TangoShoes.com.
Unfortunately, we see an increasing trend in the number of returns. Thereby
we also have to deal with rising costs of transport and processing returns. As a result, we are forced to ask for a contribution to the return costs from now on.
This contribution will be requested when registering the return via the Tango Shoes returns portal . The return label must also be created in this portal.

METHOD OF RETURNS
1. Complete the returns form and add it to your return package. You received the returns form with your package. Have you not received a return form? Download the return form via this link . Please note: without a returns form, the return may not be processed. If you have forgotten to send the returns form, please contact customer service at info@brandfarmcompany.com.
2. Register your return on the Tango Shoes returns portal . (through this link ). For this you need the order number (reference) and the email address with which the order was placed. The order number (reference) is on the supplied return form and has also been communicated by email.
3. After you have registered the return, you can download the return label. You will also automatically receive an email with the shipping label.
4. Print* the shipping label and carefully attach it to your package. For packaging tips see this link . Note: Make sure that the old shipping label is removed before attaching the return label to the shipping box. This prevents possible problems when processing the return shipment at DHL.
5. Drop off your return in the Netherlands at the nearest DHL service point and in Belgium at a Bpost drop-off point. Click here to find a DHL ServicePoint near you and here to find a Bpost drop-off point.
6. Of course, you are not obliged to use DHL's returns service. If desired, a different carrier can be used. The costs are then for your own account.
7. Once the return has been received at our warehouse and has been processed, you will receive an email and the refund will be credited to your account within 3-5 business days of receiving this message.
*Don't have a printer at home? Then make sure you print the shipping label in a place where you have access to a printer. Can't print the shipping label? Then you can opt for a QR code in the Netherlands, which you can have scanned at a DHL service point. They will then print the shipping label for you. Note: Make sure that the old shipping label is removed before attaching the return label to the shipping box. This prevents possible problems when processing the return shipment at DHL.
